- Pickup is available at Houma, Lafayette, or Thibodaux
- Allow a 3-5 day processing time on pick-up orders - The website pulls from all 3 locations so the items(s) may need to be sent to your location for pick-up
- Please check your order before leaving the store — we are not responsible once the order leaves
- Someone else can pick it up with your “Ready for Pickup” email

- Returns accepted for store credit or exchange only
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached
- Return shipping is not covered — use any carrier with tracking
- Shoes must be returned in original boxes
