🛍 Pickup Orders
- Pickup is available at Houma, Lafayette, or Thibodaux
- Most pickups are ready within 24 hours; you’ll get an email when it’s ready
- Please check your order before leaving the store — we are not responsible once the order leaves
- Someone else can pick it up with your “Ready for Pickup” email
- Accidentally chose pickup instead of shipping? Contact us within 24 hours to switch
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted for store credit or exchange only
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached
- Return shipping is not covered — use any carrier with tracking
- Shoes must be returned in original boxes
- Final Sale Items: clearance, BOGO, jewelry, bodysuits, belts, headbands, undergarments & hats
- If your size is sold out for an exchange, we’ll issue store credit
