  All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days)
• Most orders ship within 24 hours; processing takes up to 3–5 days

• Make sure your address is correct at checkout — we’re not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses

🛍 Pickup Orders

• Pickup is available at Houma, Lafayette, or Thibodaux
• Allow a 3-5 day processing time on pick-up orders - The website pulls from all 3 locations so the items(s) may need to be sent to your location for pick-up
• Please check your order before leaving the store — we are not responsible once the order leaves
• Someone else can pick it up with your “Ready for Pickup” email
• Accidentally chose pickup instead of shipping? Contact us within 24 hours to switch

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted for store credit or exchange only
• Must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached
• Return shipping is not covered — use any carrier with tracking
• Shoes must be returned in original boxes
• Final Sale Items: clearance, BOGO, jewelry, bodysuits, belts, headbands, undergarments & hats
• If your size is sold out for an exchange, we’ll issue store credit
